Please complete our Puppy Application first

Once your application has been approved please fill out this application so we may match you with the best fit once he or she becomes available.

You will be contacted in the order that your wait list deposit was received. Deposits are accepted via friends and family through Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Contact me for further information. 678.520.8938

Waitlist deposit is $250.00 – nonrefundable and goes toward final adoption fee.
Once babies are 10-12 days old, the families on the wait list will be contacted for a final deposit of $100 to hold your “pick place”. Pick will be first come first pick depending on final deposit received.

You may choose to “hold baby” or “pass” to next litter. You have up to one year to select a baby.

You are welcome (and it is recommended) that you visit the babies home to see which puppy picks you. If not, then LRK will use our best judgement, along with working and talking with you, in placing the baby based on the application process.
